We do no accept returns or exchanges at this current time. please ensure you confirm your order and ensure its correct before purchasing as it is non refudable.

Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled by print on demand company 'prodigi'. orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. shipping carriers include FedEx, DPD and UPS. however other shipping carriers may be used subject to the most suitable carrier per oder-basis.

order tracking

We do not offer tracking with orders. you will be issued with a order conformation email/receipt. any enquires on expected delivery times or where abouts customers should contact me directly.

Shipping rates

The rate charged for shipping on your order is based on quantity and destination of your product and shipping regions. before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping that will be applied to your purchase and you will have the opportunity to not place your order if that is what you with to do.

upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check of your payment card to ensure there is sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. once the payment has been taken and authorised your order will be sent through to the print on demand service and fulfilled in full, including any requests, payments and shipping of your order.
